unprofessional journalism

1.On 4 April 2008 in the morning the journalist of TV3 called me on my phone saying that she was coming to my place to know something about the case.
She didn't tell me she would have made a video interview, infact I was just available for an audio interview cause being a victim it would have been dangerous showing my face on prime time TV news.
I just agreed for a nameless and faceless report. The international office coordinator of Tallinna Ulikool can prove it.

2.When I met the journalist in the late morning, you can see from the video,i was talking to her in Italian, without knowing that a cameraman was shooting the dialogue. You can also see from the video a weird movement of the girl who turned her head to the cameraman saying something after our dialogue.
They didn't ask me the permission to film me!

3.While she was interviewing me in front of Tallinna Ulikool, you can see that I had sunglasses on my eyes trying to hide myself but the cameraman was still filming me without my agreement and you can also see in one shot that the journalist turned down the microphone because I forbade her to use the microphone in front of my mouth.

4.At the seminar for the safety of the international students we were almost fifty students but the same cameraman while I was listening to the policewoman, instead of filming just the whole audience,he made a close-up on my face without having my permission and I didn't wear my sunglasses so my eyes were clearly uncovered and visible. In addiction to that I was watching to the opposite side of the camera so I couldn't see the cameraman.

5.The TV network,TV3,told me that there's a verbal agreement in the press code of ethics instead of a written realising but this verbal agreement doesn't exist and I've never given my permission to film me.
So,tell me guys, what you think about this issue

terrible March

Many things happened in this cold March.
Some students have been attacked by two drunk russians in front of Tallinna Ulikool at 4am.
Police should control all the areas and not only downtown. One of these students were hit on his head generating blood, yes blood.
Another student got a broken leg because the doormen hit him supporting the guy who was teasing the student in the smoking area at Club Hollywood.Doormen hitting a client? Is it a joke?NO!
We all hope that this kind of stuff will never happen again cause we all came here in peace and we would like going back to our countries in peace.
But on 27th March the second erasmus meeting took place at the Irish Pub.I wasn't there but u just can image what might happen.April has come with a sunny sunny sky leaving behind a snowy and violent March...
